Matt Murphy, Head of Business Development and Strategy
Matt Murphy headshot

Matt Murphy joined Kuvare in 2023 as Head of Strategy & Business Development for Ignite Partners, where he leads the execution of Ignite’s growth strategy. With over 30 years of experience in financial and retirement services, he has held senior leadership roles across diverse business segments.

Before joining Kuvare, Matt founded and led an independent financial marketing organization. Earlier, he served on the executive committee of a product development and distribution firm specializing in annuities and life insurance. Additionally, he was the President & CEO of Wealth Management at a top-five financial institution.

Matt holds a BS in Strategic Management from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He is also a licensed professional with FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses, and insurance licenses in over 30 states.

Brad Rosenblatt leads revenue and growth strategy for Kuvare and is also President of United Life Insurance Company, a Kuvare company. Brad has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategy and previously served as Chief Distribution Officer at Sammons Financial Group.

While at Sammons, Brad also led the company’s strategy and corporate development function. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in the insurance practice, serving life, property/casualty, and health insurance carriers. Brad holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Michigan Ross School of Business.

Dylan Jaffee, Head of Operations for Ignite Partners

Dylan Jaffee leads Operations at Ignite Partners, where he oversees day-to-day business functions, drives strategic execution, and fosters collaboration with key partners. With nearly 15 years of experience in the insurance industry—including over seven years at Kuvare—Dylan brings deep expertise across finance, project management, and enterprise transformation.

Before joining Kuvare, Dylan spent five years in KPMG’s Risk Management and Actuarial practice in Chicago, advising domestic and international financial institutions on strategy and operations. He holds a BA in Economics from Colby College.

Emily Lorentzen leads actuarial services for Ignite Partners, specializing in product development, pricing, and corporate actuarial support for carrier partners. She also collaborates closely with the institutional team to deliver innovative reinsurance solutions.

With over 15 years of experience, Emily brings deep expertise in actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and project leadership. Previously, she was part of KPMG’s Advisory practice, where she supported insurance clients through large-scale transformations, risk management initiatives, and actuarial audit engagements. Earlier in her career, Emily held progressively senior roles at Aviva USA.

Emily is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
